Jonathan Bean is the CMO at Mynewsdesk, the Stockholm-born PR Tech SaaS company. He sat down with us at Planhat to share his key strategies for fighting churn and growing a successful SaaS company.

Jonathan believes that customer success is one of the keys to the success and growth of Mynewsdesk--helping to make sure customers have the support they need when they need it, and they are educated on what is changing in the Mynewsdesk product and also what is changing in their world of Communications & PR.
