With a lean CS team, Simple Poll was hand-gathering customer data from Stripe, Mixpanel, HelpScout and its own database—hours a week that left little room for customers. It had no automation for journeys, onboarding got harder as the base grew, and it kept missing expansion because it couldn't spot who had outgrown their plan.
