Jason has built from initial hire to 120+ CS team, and managed ARR of $3M - $275M+. He’s now the Global Head of Customer Success at Deel.

Paulina Staszuk is a customer success leader, mentor, and educator. Paulina has long been a proponent of placing customers’ needs at the heart of SaaS organizations’ missions, and is an early champion for customer value-led growth. She’s currently leading the CS team at Jane, and is also the Dean of CSM School at Pavilion.

Andrew McAllister is the VP of Customer Success at SEON. After a career jumping out of helicopters in the British Military, he joined Splunk to embark on a career in CS. 5 years later, he’s now at SEON, the world’s fastest growing fraud prevention company where he runs pre-sales, CS, support and Fraud Consultancy.
