Christian Jakenfelds has had multiple different customer-facing roles. He joined Tessian as one of their first CSMs and this is where he saw how CS is the engine for growth in SaaS businesses. He now works with Planhat in the UK market and has been named one of the top 100 CS Influencers in 2022.
Monica Perez is passionate about building high-performing CS teams at product-led-growth (PLG) companies. As the Head of Customer Success at Notion, her org takes on an extremely customer-centric focus in helping businesses leverage Notion to increase their teams’ productivity and collaboration. Previously, Monica was at Signeasy - an eSignature platform, where she helped implement digital transformation strategies at growing companies. As a non-technical woman in tech, Monica is passionate about sharing her experiences and advocating for increased accessibility to all backgrounds in tech.
Chris Jones has worked in the CS field for the last 10 years. Like many others, it was not a straightforward path. Starting out as an auditor at one of the Big 4, then moving into sales in FMCG, Chris ended up discovering his dream entry into the CS world as a CSM at LinkedIn. After playing a key role in building out the SMB function at LinkedIn, Chris then made the transition to the start-up world, where he currently works as the Global Director of Customer Success at Enboarder. Chris is very passionate about sharing best practices and providing guidance to those exploring a career in CS, finding that this mix of career experience provides a broad range of insight.
Linda Källqvist is a true CS veteran with more than 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry. She has navigated her career and her teammates through the industry’s highs and lows. Her first CS steps started at Meltwater, building an organisation that spanned across Europe and being part of the EMEA leadership team before taking on the role of Global Director of Customer Experience. Today, Linda spearheads Planhat’s CS organisation as VP of Customer Success (EMEA & APAC), bringing new talent onboard while at the same time ensuring the existing team performs at its very best.
