Uniquely, Planhat's content and brand is powered by an in-house creative agency – Studio Planhat – consisting of brand and web designers, copywriters, videographers and photographers.
Our Studio owns creative end-to-end, ranging from cinematic films like Cutting Through the Advertising Fog to Teaser videos, immersive landing pages, television-grade interviews and product-centric showcases to custom surfboards, event booths and more.
Every graphic, image or story that emerges from Planhat starts life in our London Studio. Taking cues from old-school ad agencies, we're lean, fast, and obsessed with craft. We always put taste above technique, clarity above cleverness, and timelessness above trends. We care about sharp ideas, strong signals, and creative that actually lands. Every single day, we translate raw commercial input into imaginative, production-ready assets that drive real outcomes.
Challenge
Studio Planhat continues to raise the bar for what Planhat is capable of presenting to the world. However, as Planhat continues to grow rapidly, the everyday demands of executing on proven strategies are detracting from our ability to level up through new formats and across new mediums.
Solution
You will be a translator for commercial teams and a multiplier for creatives. You’re going to be leading, shaping, and shipping creative every day – so you should love showing up, bringing things over the line and striving continuously for better. The Studio needs leadership that think like artists and work like accountants: that execute ambitious ideas with diligence and precision, and never leave them on the shelf to gather dust.
You’ve likely spent time in a creative studio or agency – owning brand execution, directing work across disciplines, and producing campaigns that actually ship. You know how to navigate ambiguity, find the narrative, and make the end product (a lot) sharper than when it started.
