Christian Jakenfelds has had multiple different customer facing roles. He joined Tessian as one of their first CSMs and this is where he saw how CS is the engine for growth in SaaS businesses. He now works with Planhat in the UK market and has been named in the top 25 CS Influencers in 2021.

Speakers:

Wayne McCulloch is the Chief Customer Officer at WalkMe and one of the world’s leading Customer Success experts. He’s a keynote speaker and the recipient of multiple industry awards (recently named as one of the top 25 CS influencers in 2021) with more than twenty-five years of experience in customer-focused roles. Wayne began his software career at PeopleSoft and Vignette before becoming an SVP at Salesforce in the Customer Success Group, the Chief Customer Officer at Kony Inc, and the Global Head of Customer Success for (SaaS) at Google Cloud.

Ross G.D. Fulton is the Founder & CEO of Valuize and has spent 15 + years driving sustainable growth for technology companies. Ross designed and led pre + post sales strategy for a £250m performance-based recurring revenue business in Europe’s largest technology services company. He has also built the Customer Success strategy for one of Vancouver’s largest software companies as part of their overall transition to a subscription-based revenue model.

Ziv Peled is the Chief Customer Officer at AppsFlyer, and was recently named as one of the top 25 CS Influencers in 2021. He has more than 20 years of customer facing experience, including account management, pre-sales, outbound product management, and Customer Success. Ziv joined AppsFlyer as a senior Customer Success Manager back in 2013, which has since evolved into 290 people across 19 offices. Ziv has been working in his current position as CCO since 2016.
