As our first Chief of Staff working across Technology & Product, your mission is to tackle some of the most strategic and complex parts of the business – starting with our engineering talent engine.
Mandate
This is one of the hardest, most high-impact roles we offer.
You are a charismatic, socially savvy, street-smart operator who takes a creative, hands-on and first-principles approach to everything you do. You can come from anywhere, but will have demonstrated distinction and drive in whatever you have pursued. You'll work closely with our founders and senior leaders, initially leading the charge on developing our talent engine through a portfolio of creative strategies – and have the opportunity to build out a small, high-calibre team. Over time, your role can scale in many directions depending on your skillset and interest.
Environment

Since this role is close to our Tech leadership, being based in our Stockholm HQ is a plus, but not a dealbreaker: you're free to work from a mountain cabin, from home, or one of our offices with full flexibility on location and hours.
