Customer Success Meetup in London

We’re delighted to host our first event of 2024 for Customer Success & Operations Leaders on Thursday February 29th.

After the success of our 2023 events which focused on peer to peer networking and moderated discussions around key topics associated to the world of Customer Success, we will be rolling out a series of events in 2024 to facilitate the same value to those who attend. This is an opportunity to network, learn, debate and have fun with CS Professionals who are facing the same challenges and opportunities.

To start the evening we will have a welcome drinks reception followed by a panel session discussion with CS Leaders. This will be followed by further networking, food and drinks.

Our panel will be hosted by James Lawson, CCO at Key Computer Applications/Cloud Geeni, to discuss the topic of “How to Hire the Right CSM Profile to Supercharge your CS Motion”. Our panelists include: Cameron Franks COO at StoryStream, Reema Mahli CSM at Acquia, and Planhat’s own Beth Ward, EMEA CS Manager. Listen to James discuss this topic on a recent podcast. ​​

• 5-6 pm: Welcome and Networking
• 6-7 pm: Panel: “How to Hire the Right CSM Profile to Supercharge your CS Motion” 
• 7-9 pm: Networking
