Event: Customer Success Leadership Meetup London

We’re delighted to host our second Customer Success Leadership networking event in London on Thursday May 25th, 2023.

After the success of our first event at Bounce table tennis club in Shoreditch we’re moving just down the street and hosting at Shuffle Board in Shoreditch this time. Whether you want to play or not there will be food and drinks throughout the evening to help spark the sharing of knowledge, ideas and challenges that the customer success space is facing in 2023.

To start the evening we will have a panel session discussing “Leading Global Customer Success Delivery from the UK” and moderated by Christian Jakenfelds. This will be followed by networking, food, drinks, and a friendly game of shuffle board. Here is the timeline:

• 5-6pm: Welcome and Networking

• 6-6:30pm: Panel: Leading Global CS Delivery from the UK (hosted by Christian Jakenfelds)

• 6:30-9pm: Networking and Shuffleboard

Whether you’re leading a company’s Customer Success department from the UK, or part of a global team that is having to adapt to the UK market we look forward to welcoming you on the 25th.
