Gurprem Sagoo is a Customer Success Manager at Planhat with over 10 years of experience as a CS lead in the SaaS industry, and CSM of the Year 2022 in the Customer Success Excellence awards. He works with global brands and Enterprises, and is an enthusiastic speaker, passionate about Customer Success, Advocacy, and Community. Gurprem is also a part-time musician and an avid record collector.


Charles Helms has worked in a number of roles throughout his career in tech. He began by translating his skills in environmental education and facilitation into his first role in onboarding and implementation. Once realizing his passion for helping clients achieve success the natural next step was into Customer Success! Most recently Charles has moved into the role of Technical Account Manager, where he is able to strategically partner with his clients as their resource to unblock technical hurdles and provide consultation from that lens. Charles loves talking through career progression and the task of finding a role that matches up a passion with a challenge.

Klaarika Kahu has been through the full journey of working in sales in a SaaS company that grew from a start up of 10 people to a company of 300+ people. Through those years she has been an SDR, CSM, RM and even tried a manager role, but found her passion and expertise in a Customer Experience Manager role. She is passionate about product development and is now able to bring her commercial experiences to building a next level customer experience in all customer journey levels.
