Gurprem Sagoo is a Customer Success Manager at Planhat with over 10 years of experience as a CS lead in the SaaS industry, and CSM of the Year 2022 in the Customer Success Excellence awards. He works with global brands and Enterprises, and is an enthusiastic speaker, passionate about Customer Success, Advocacy, and Community. Gurprem is also a part-time musician and an avid record collector.
Anna Steed is a Senior Success Manager at Slack, with over 8 years Account Executive sales experience, before she transitioned to a Success Manager a year and a half ago. Throughout her career she has worked with Central Government and Public Sector customers which has given her a niche set of skills and experiences. Anna has a 2 year old German Shepherd puppy to keep her busy and lives near Highclere Castle which is where Downton Abbey was filmed!
Padraic McMahon is a Senior Manager for Customer Success at HubSpot. He leads the EMEA Strategic Accounts team, who help HubSpot’s largest, most complex customers grow. A HubSpot Great Manager Award and President’s Club winner, he brings over 20 years of experience working in university lecturing, the music industry with Virgin Records/ EMI, and in tech at Google and LinkedIn. He is passionate about both people and data equally, and currently works remotely, having moved to the West of Ireland.
