Planhat Open is designed to balance focused work with unstructured time. During the day, we run hands-on workshops and small-group discussions led by people who are actively operating inside modern SaaS organizations. Afternoons are intentionally open. Some will opt into shared activities — from wine tastings to surfing, yoga, or tennis. Others will step away, reflect, or continue conversations informally. We reconvene in the evening for dinner.

This isn’t a typical customer conference. There’s no forced networking or transactional talks. The setting is deliberately small, creating space for real conversations, shared context, and ideas that hold up beyond the event.
