Flows

Branch is a type of step in Automations that enables conditional, multi-path workflows without splitting processes across separate Automations. Each branch requires a defined condition and can trigger any number of downstream steps.

Conditions use field-level operators and can reference step and trigger properties using replacement codes. The conditions can take different types of input (Text, Numbers, Checkbox, Lists, Dates, Users and End Users) with multiple operators depending on input type, e.g. greater than for Numbers and any of for Lists.

If multiple branch conditions are met during a single execution, all matching branches will run in parallel.
