We are building the place where commercial teams run and automate their most important commercial processes — powered by AI. Our AI Deployment Program (ADP) is how we make that real.
ADP is our forward-deployed, high-impact team that partners with customers to design, automate, and operationalize complex commercial workflows using Planhat’s AI Platform.
This is not traditional Professional Services or a support function. ADP is a strategic growth engine.
We are now hiring an ADP Lead to build, scale, and lead this function globally—based in either our US hub in Los Angeles, or one of our European hubs in Stockholm, London or Amsterdam.
As ADP Lead, you will:
Own and scale Planhat’s AI Deployment Program as a revenue-generating business unit
Build and lead a high-caliber team of AI Deployment Strategists and technical experts
Partner with our GTM teams to accelerate enterprise deals
Define and Specify enhancements to the core Planhat product offering based on real-world deployments
Design repeatable frameworks for deploying AI-driven commercial processes
Drive customer outcomes that expand ARR and increase retention
Own the P&L of ADP.
You will operate at the intersection of:
Enterprise sales
Process design
Product management
AI implementation
Organizational transformation
This role requires both strategic depth and operator-level execution.
Over the next 24 months, Planhat ADP will:
Become a core differentiator in the enterprise
Increase ACV and expansion velocity
Shorten time-to-value and improve GRR and NRR for customers
Develop structured deployment methodologies for AI-native workflows
Create packaged offerings with clear ROI
Be a a multi-million dollar business unit.
Together with our team, you will define the model, packaging, team structure, delivery standards and GTM motion.
This is a build role.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is technical, and AI native.
Has scaled a Solutions, Forward-Deployed and Professional Services team in the enterprise
Understands AI deployment beyond hype — real implementation, real constraints
Can design and standardize complex workflows
Is commercially sharp — understands revenue, margin, and leverage
Is comfortable owning P&L
Can recruit and inspire top-tier talent
Thrives in ambiguity and builds structure where none exists
Has experience working for top tier management consulting firms leading client engagements hands-on
Bonus if you:
Have worked with workflow automation platforms
Have built AI-native or automation-driven products or services
Have experience moving from “time & materials” to outcome-based models
