As Planhat grows, so does our need for accurate, insightful and timely reporting. Therefore, Planhat is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager. Together with our VP Finance, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, variable compensation, and reporting, while also driving data analytics across the company.
Help lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and models
Partner with commercial leaders to turn data into actionable insights
Manage variable compensation models and processes including drafting new/revised versions as well as managing timely and accurate payroll submissions
Collaborate w/ finance leadership to run and improve monthly/quarterly close processes and other financial processes
Continuously working on improving processes and systems used for reporting and other financial processes (e.g. BI-tool, system integrations etc)
4+ years in controlling/FP&A, or potentially other heavy analytics role.
Spreadsheet wizard who can automate manual processes
Strong analytical mindset with extensive data and BI experience
Comfortable with data automation, e.g. SQL or Python/JS to fetch/transform data
Sound business judgement and attention to detail
Experience in SaaS is a plus
This is an office first role located in Stockholm, with global scope and collaboration with colleagues in primarily Sweden, the US and the UK.
