Carly is a product enablement and technical communication specialist with over a decade of experience spanning customer success, technical support and product training across B2B SaaS. At Planhat she is Product Enablement Manager, owning the Help Centre and authoring technical product training and certification content for staff, customers and the Sales and Marketing teams, having previously been a Technical Account Manager at the company. Before Planhat she spent close to three years at Salesforce-tooling company Gearset as a Customer Support Engineer and Product Trainer, and earlier led technical support at scientific-instrument firm Radleys, building the function largely from scratch.
