Cole is a sales and customer success leader with experience spanning both sides of the commercial cycle across B2B SaaS. At Planhat he is Sales Manager, a role he moved into after joining as an Account Executive, with three years at the company. Before Planhat he spent nearly six years at marketing-analytics platform DemandJump, progressing from Customer Success Intern to Customer Success Manager and ultimately Manager, Customer Success. He was also an Orr Fellow, a selective Indianapolis-based leadership programme for early-career talent.
