Frida is a customer success and deployment specialist who has progressed quickly through Planhat's customer organisation, moving from Customer Success Associate to Customer Manager to Manager, AI Deployment Strategy in under two years. In her current role she leads deployment work as the company scales its AI offering, owning how new customers are brought onto the platform. She previously worked as a Project Manager at investment-research firm Third Bridge in London and on customer-journey automation at Stockholm health-tech startup Mindmore. Frida holds a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
