Frida is a customer success and deployment professional focused on partnering with technology businesses to drive long-term value and retention. At Planhat, she serves as Manager, Deployment Strategy, having joined as a Customer Success Associate and progressed through Customer Manager into her current role leading deployment strategy work. Prior to Planhat, she was at Third Bridge, the global investment research firm, where she planned, organized, and monitored client projects spanning initial customer contact through requirements specification, expert search, and final analysis delivery, with earlier experience at Mindmore. Frida holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, bringing analytical rigor and a structured approach to every customer engagement she leads.
