Planhat North is a focused, peer-led session for revenue and post-sale leaders to recalibrate around how teams are operationalizing AI to drive real outcomes.
Designed for functional leaders across Customer Success and Revenue functions, the session brings together operators for a working conversation on how AI is being used to improve retention, accelerate expansion, increase coverage, and enable more proactive engagement across the customer lifecycle.
We’ll open with a panel of perspectives from industry operators, grounded in practical applications and measurable results. From there, attendees will break into facilitated roundtables, each focused on a specific challenge facing modern CS organizations, from prioritization and automation to expansion and cross-functional alignment. We’ll close with a lunch to continue conversations and connect leaders across the community.
