Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (”AUP”) applies to the use of any website and service provided by Planhat AB and its subsidiaries (“Planhat”) (websites and services provided by Planhat jointly referred to as “Services”). Your use of the Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as the agreement between Planhat and the applicable account holder for the Services.
By using the Services, you are agreeing to comply with this AUP and understand that we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services if you breach this AUP.
The Services should be used for your internal business purposes only and you may not share your login information with any other individual or resell or redistribute the Services.
You may not use the Service in a manner that:
- is deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent;
- is violent, threatening, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- infringes a third party's intellectual property right(s);
- compromises the security or availability of the Services in any way;
- is in violation of any laws or regulations applicable to Planhat or your; or
- could bring Planhat into disrepute.
When using the Services, you may not send any spam or other emails where the recipient has not given any necessary verifiable permission for the message to be sent or where any required notice or disclosures have not been sufficiently provided to the recipient (such as under the GDPR or other applicable privacy regulations). You will promptly comply with all opt-out and unsubscribe requests. When using the Service to send emails, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the communication is in line with applicable marketing and privacy laws as well as generally accepted best practices.
Planhat may amend this AUP from time to time. If the amendment is material, we will email you to inform you that there has been an amendment. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
