We're building a disruptive B2B brand across web, social and traditional print media channels, embracing new methods like AI and building plug-and-play systems for GTM teams that allow us to scale high-quality output infinitely.
We're a team that's always hungry for new challenges. We prioritise scrappiness over seniority and do all our brand, design and distribution work in-house, instead of delegating out to agencies. We're based in Planhat's London hub. Since this is a fast-paced creative role, we need you on the ground in London with us.
As Planhat's first Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for how Planhat shows up in the digital world. You’ll ensure our content is consistently amplified across the right social channels, adapted for relevance, and strategically themed to drive engagement and pipeline—and build the systems that make high-quality digital marketing fast and repeatable. As part of Studio Planhat, you’ll work closely with world-class designers, writers, and marketers to turn tight brand stories into high volumes of consumable content that reaches, engages, and converts.
01 Distribution
Own the end-to-end distribution of content across all owned channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
Produce content optimised for humans and machines to drive increased traffic and inbound engagement
Ensure consistent brand voice while adapting format and style to each channel
Monitor performance and optimise cadence, timing and format for engagement and pipeline impact
02 Adaptation
Transform website content (blogs, case studies, product updates) into channel-ready formats (snippets, visuals, short-form posts)
Collaborate with design and brand to ensure content is visually optimised for each format
Refresh and repurpose older content to maintain relevance and reach
03 Strategy
Develop content themes by topic and channel to build a cohesive narrative
Partner with brand and operations teams to align messaging with campaigns, product launches and events
Experiment with messaging and format to discover what resonates best with each audience
04 Systems
Track channel performance metrics (engagement, CTRs, conversions, pipeline contribution)
Provide insights and recommendations to improve themes, ROI and guide future production
Build scalable playbooks and systems for content adaptation, distribution and measurement
Partner with design/studio teams to centralise and organise all marketing collateral for Planhat's GTM teams
Ensure assets are on-brand, up-to-date and easily accessible to support deal flow
You'll create the most value and grow fastest with us if you:
have 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or demand generation
know how to adapt content across multiple digital channels — LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok
write clearly and edit sharply, with a sense for tone and pacing that fits each platform
are comfortable using design templates in tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe to adapt assets quickly
are fluent in social data—you understand how content translates into engagement, traffic, and pipeline
learn fast and stay curious—adopting new tools, platforms, and creative workflows to stay ahead of the curve
thrive in fast-moving environments where you can plan, execute, and iterate daily
are proactive, organized, and energized by shipping work that connects story, brand, and growth
Success in this role is defined by your ability to increase content visibility, drive consistent channel engagement, and ultimately contribute to inbound pipeline growth as measured by metrics like:
Significant increase in engagement across owned channels
Improved efficiency of content repurposing (e.g., every major website asset adapted to 3+ channels)
Measurable lift in inbound leads influenced by distributed content (e.g., +30% in 6 months)
Clear and repeatable playbooks built for ongoing distribution and channel management—ensuring GTM teams are empowered to use existing assets & collateral consistently and effectively
