We are seeking a growth-focused Marketing professional with deep expertise across performance marketing (Google Ads, Reddit, Bing, LinkedIn, and other PPC channels) as well as SEO and LLM optimization.

This role sits at the intersection of paid acquisition, content strategy, analytics, and growth hacking. The mission of this role is threefold: 1) Increase Web Traffic (SEO, LLMO/GEO). 2) Improve PPC/ABM Unit Economics (CPC and CPM). 3) Increase Inbound Pipeline through PPC, ABM, and General Improvement in Conversion (Lead Capturing).

The ideal candidate blends technical marketing chops with commercial acumen, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is relentlessly data-driven in execution.

This is an individual contributor role, i.e., you are expected to manage PPC, ABM, and SEO end-to-end in collaboration with the Operations and Brand team.

Paid Media & Growth Marketing

Own and scale multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Reddit, and LinkedIn.

Aggressively test creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize CAC efficiency and pipeline contribution.

Develop efficient processes and playbooks for rapid experimentation across PPC and ABM platforms and growth channels.


SEO & LLM Optimization

Lead end-to-end SEO strategy: technical site health, keyword strategy, link building, and on-page optimization, working with tools such as Profound, etc.

Build and execute a content strategy optimized both for traditional search engines and for large language models (LLMs) to maximize brand discoverability.

Partner with the brand team to strike a balance between exceptional content quality and the quantity required for traffic and visibility targets.


Analytics, Data & Process

Own marketing analytics and attribution, leveraging tools like Profound, Hockeystack, Semrush, and Google Analytics/Search Console.

Translate insights into strategic adjustments across paid media, SEO, and content to optimize ROI and pipeline contribution.

Define and manage KPIs for inbound pipeline, CAC, ROI, and attribution accuracy.

Act as a data-driven executer, ensuring every strategy is measured, optimized, and scaled based on performance data.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align inbound pipeline generation with revenue goals.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.

Proven success in owning and scaling inbound pipeline from paid media, SEO, and content strategies.

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, and growth experimentation platforms.

Strong technical foundation in SEO and working knowledge of LLM-based content optimization.

Advanced experience with analytics and growth tooling (e.g., Hockeystack, Semrush, GA4 and Looker).

Entrepreneurial, growth-hacker mindset with the resilience to thrive in high-pressure, high-growth environments.
