You’re joining Planhat’s in-house marketing team — a disruptive, multi-channel B2B crew of thoughtful, no-nonsense doers. We don’t speculate; we test, learn, and move fast.
As part of this team, you’ll own how Planhat shows up across EMEA, with three clear priorities: driving our peer-review presence across key platforms, increasing our impact across social channels and building premium events that connect customers, prospects, and partners.
These three areas are your main focuses. Around them, you’ll own the full spectrum of field marketing responsibilities that tie our brand to measurable business outcomes.
Peer-review dominance – own Planhat’s presence across all major B2B software review platforms. G2 is your primary focus, but other platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights are also important.
A powerful ground game – designing and executing memorable regional experiences for customers, prospects, and partners, from high-touch executive dinners to large-scale conferences.
Social impact– shape Planhat’s voice on LinkedIn, Youtube, X and other relevant social channels. You’ll turn campaigns, insights, and moments into content people actually want to engage with.
This isn’t a box-ticking marketing role. You’ll be at the center of connecting our brand, customers, and sales teams in EMEA. That means driving regional pipeline, elevating our peer review presence, and ensuring every in-person or digital experience we create feels premium, well-targeted, and measurable. From day one, you’ll be a visible force in shaping how Planhat is perceived in the market and how quickly we grow.
We’re a global team, so flexibility is part of the job — sometimes you’ll flex early, sometimes late. What matters is the impact you create and how quickly you help shape Planhat’s presence in the market.
If you succeed in this role, you’ll establish the foundation for Planhat’s entire EMEA field marketing playbook. Over time, you’ll:
Set our peer review strategy globally, setting the standard for how Planhat shows up in rankings.
Define and evolve our event blueprint across the region.
Build and scale our social media presence across relevant platforms.
Become the strategic partner to sales and CS for all go-to-market initiatives in EMEA.
Grow into a senior field marketing leader as we expand our global marketing engine.
Pipeline & Revenue Alignment: partner with sales and CS leaders to create and execute regional plans that meet pipeline targets, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline from field programs.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): build targeted campaigns for strategic accounts, including direct mail, VIP programs, and bespoke activations.
Partner Marketing: support our partner program by running co-marketing initiatives — joint events, shared content, and campaign amplification.
Localization & Regional Adaptation: make global campaigns land locally - tailoring messages, channels and experiences to cultural nuances across EMEA.
Customer Advocacy & Community: develop case studies, identify customer speakers, pinpoint and build relationships with regional advocates.
Digital & Campaign Execution: run localized paid campaigns, manage regional event promotion, and create content/collateral tailored to the market.
Event Logistics & Execution: manage end-to-end details—budgets, vendors, contracts, swag, onsite setup—delivering seamless and premium experiences.
Social media execution & optimisation: what content performs, when to post, and how to tailor messaging and assets for maximum engagement.
Marketing analytics: interpret platform metrics (impressions, CTR, watch time, saves, engagement rate) to inform creative and posting strategies
