Challenge

Planhat is scaling fast. To support our growth, we need to continuously attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. Our hiring managers are deeply involved in recruiting, but to meet the pace of growth, we’re looking for someone who can be a force multiplier across our commercial and operations teams. That’s where you come in.

What we expect from you:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across EMEA — sometimes leading the process, sometimes acting as a sounding board. You will recruit from entry level BDRs to the next VP

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements

  • Build and optimize sourcing programs — leveraging traditional channels as well as areas we have never thought of before 

  • Find not just good candidates, but people who can accelerate Planhat’s trajectory

  • Bring structure, data, and precision to how we recruit — and help elevate the experience for candidates as well as internal stakeholders

Solution

 To thrive in this role we believe that you are

  • Collaborative with a strong intrinsic drive. You have high standards and ambitions, and expect the same from others. You’re solution oriented, can collaborate and communicate with seasoned Execs as well as junior candidates exploring their first job

  • Curious and analytical, with an “always improve” mindset. You constantly ask yourself; how can we do this better, smarter, more efficiently? What does the data tell me? And then you test and iterate on your solutions

  • Tech savvy. We are strong believers in technology as an enabler, you should be too

  • Business minded: You can translate business requirements into talent needs - and spot that talent

  • Equipped with a strong judgement, and can use that both in making calls related to recruitment as well as challenge the team around you

  • An experienced recruiter, minimum 3-5 years of experience from similar roles, ideally from high growth Saas companies

Comfortable with change and a problem solver. You do not only point out what needs to be fixed, you are part of the solution

Location

This role can be located either in Stockholm or in London, where Planhat has their core EMEA hubs. To get started, we recommend an initial onboarding period in Stockholm to connect with key team members and immerse yourself in Planhat’s culture.
