We are one of the most versatile teams at Planhat. We work with clients across different industries, and team up with our colleagues across Sales/CS/Product, we’re also needed at every stage of the client lifecycle:
Assist Technical Account Managers working a with sales to build out a POC and help a potential customer visualize their data with Planhat
We help a client struggling with data across three separate systems sync their data seamlessly into Planhat
Move a customer’s process to identify churn risk from a spreadsheet into our system, designing automation steps to save them time
We are an eclectic bunch, our backgrounds include pre-sales, customer support, customer success, consultancy, and project management.
Competencies
We are not obsessed about years of experience, we look for something deeper. This is a chance for someone early in their career to get hands-on responsibility from the get-go.
We think this role could be a great fit for people with some client-facing experience (ideally at a scrappy startup), great aptitude with technology (especially automation), and maybe even exceptional graduates.
You get that this role is all about creating tangible business value, not getting lost in technical details. In short, you are someone who translates business requirements into results.
People are always sending things your way, because you just seem to ‘get it’, you get stuff to work, often better than people were picturing. We’re not looking for a tickbox of years of experience, some of things we value are:
Self-starter: you enjoy learning, you’re curious, you like a fast pace, you jump onto business and technical calls, quickly understand people’s objectives, then figure out an efficient technical implementation, your comfort zone is constantly expanding
Technical knowledge meets business acumen: you are familiar with APIs, webhooks, data migrations, customer objectives, and deadlines (or you’re a fast learner technically). Extra plus if you have CRM experience, like certifications from Hubspot or Salesforce, product analytics experience, like Pendo, or automation experience like Zapier
Problem solver: you're structured, you like logical challenges, and also know when you're heading down a rabbit hole (it happens!)
