We work with clients across different industries, and team up with our colleagues across sales and product. We work alongside our customers at every stage of the client lifecycle:
Work with sales to build a POC for the C-suite at an EduTech company, teasing the most insightful metrics dashboard they've ever seen
Help a FinTech startup struggling with data across many systems sync their data seamlessly into Planhat
Take a PropTech company's key processes from spreadsheets and forms into Planhat, not only designing automation steps, but also flagging churn risk and identifying growth opportunities
We are an eclectic bunch. Our backgrounds include sales engineering, solutions architects, customer support, customer success, management consulting, and project management.
Some of us had a technical background before joining, and experience with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Zapier, or Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery); but many of us transitioned from commercial roles; we wanted to get deeper into products, and are self-taught technically.
Our Technical Deployment Leads support our largest enterprise customers, this is our elite team.
We are not obsessed about years of experience, we look for something deeper.
The main thing is business acumen, coupled with technical aptitude (especially automation and AI). You probably know how to read a P&L statement, and have programmed “hello world”.
You get that this role is all about creating tangible business value, not getting lost in technical details. In short, you are someone who translates business requirements into results.
People are always sending things your way because you just seem to 'get it'. You get stuff to work, often better than people were picturing. We’re not looking for a tickbox of years of experience. Some of the things we value are:
Self-starter: you enjoy learning, you’re curious, you like a fast pace, you jump onto business and technical calls, quickly understand people’s objectives, then figure out an efficient technical implementation, your comfort zone is constantly expanding
Technical knowledge meets business acumen : you know your way around APIs, webhooks, data migrations, customer objectives, and deadlines (or you’re a fast learner technically, with strong commercial/consulting credentials), Salesforce Admin knowledge would be a plus
Problem solver: you're structured, you like logical challenges, and also know when you're heading down a rabbit hole (it happens!)
This role will be located in NYC or Malibu.
The OTE salary range for this position is $90,000 - $160,000 per year. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and other benefits.
