At Dialpad, he serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, driving retention and growth across a global customer base. Prior to this, he led customer success at RingCentral and held senior roles at ServiceSource, where he oversaw strategic accounts and scaled delivery operations. Earlier in his career, Eric spent over a decade at Oracle, progressing from account executive to senior director within its Advanced Customer Services division.
