Overview

Fetch chats with custom properties and labels, and trigger in-app campaign messages in real-time.

How it works

Fetch all relevant historical chats into Planhat as Conversations. Going forward, the integration will fetch new chats as they are created, and auto-create End Users as they are discovered in chats. Intercom chat messages (campaigns) can also be triggered from Planhat, either manually (by selecting specific End Users) or automatically (via an Automation that sends a certain chat message when a specific criteria has been met). All Intercom chat messages triggered from Planhat will be served instantaneously, and appear as snippets. Note that Planhat uses the End User email to identify companies related to chats. If the domain of at least one End User involved in the chat is not a related domain in Planhat, it will not save.
