Planhat Subprocessors
Welcome to Planhat’s Sub-Processor (each a “Sub-Processor”) repository page where we maintain a current list of Sub-Processors authorized to process customer data for Planhat’s services.
Planhat carries out annual compliance reviews of its Sub-Processors, and where the engagement of a Sub-Processor requires the cross-boarder transfer of Customer Data, Planhat ensures that we have adequate transfer mechanisms in place and conducts Transfer Impact Assessments in accordance with applicable regulations for the. Planhat imposes obligations on its Sub-Processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring that the sub-processing of Customer Data is protected to the standards required by applicable regulation and the same standard provided by Planhat’s Customer Data Processing Agreement.
Note that as a Customer, you can opt to have data hosted in the EU only, the US only, or a combination of both (available for Customers with more than one tenant).
