Planhat is launching a next-generation CRM, helping customers sell, onboard, retain, and grow their customers. Planhat is currently used by tens of thousands of customer success professionals all over the world.
Team
We’re assembling a new team to accelerate growth in the CRM space, helping businesses drive revenue and optimize operations. This is a segment where we’re gaining momentum and doubling down.
Our team has scaled software startups from the ground up. We’re scrappy, resourceful, and unafraid to take on industry giants. We love the thrill of building a business, and do not shy away from a challenging environment, but we see them as puzzles to solve.

Proven track record (typically 3-10+ years) in selling powerful B2B SaaS products
Experience exceeding revenue targets as AEs, CSMs, or Account Managers at fast-growing software companies
Success at larger companies but a desire to make a real impact in a fast-growth environment
Passions for challenges outside of work - often excelling in sports, or other demanding pursuits
