You're joining Planhat's in-house creative agency—Studio Planhat.
We're building a disruptive B2B visual identity across web, social and traditional print media channels, embracing new methods like AI (Midjourney, Visual Electric, Runway) and building plug-and-play design systems for GTM teams that allow us to scale high-quality output infinitely.
We're a team that's always hungry for new challenges. We prioritise scrappiness over seniority and do all our brand and design work in-house, instead of delegating out to agencies.
Processes, words and ideas don't matter to us: engaging, compelling visuals do. We're not researchers or prototypers, we generate production-ready work at scale every single day.
We're based in Planhat's London hub. Since this is a fast-paced creative role, we need you on the ground in London with us.
Role
As a Brand Designer with Studio Planhat, you will help scale and systematize how Planhat shows up in the world. You’ll create visual assets across channels—campaigns, events, social, ads—and build the systems that make high-quality brand work fast and repeatable. You’ll work closely with other world-class designers, marketers and GTM leaders to bring creative ideas to life.
You'll:
Lead design execution for marketing campaigns across digital and physical (merchandise, OOH, etc.)
Design visuals for campaigns, ads, landing pages, events, and social
Collaborate with GTM leaders and other designers to ensure high-quality, cohesive execution at scale
Create and templatize assets across paid, organic, and owned channels
Use motion and animation to bring visuals to life
Skillset
You'll create the most value and grow fastest with us if you:
are strong visual designer with experience across digital and physical marketing and brand systems
have a portfolio that shows expert visuals, craft, motion work, and range across formats
are skilled at turning one-off executions into scalable templates and systems
are hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable working across multiple surfaces in a self-guided manner
have up-to-date expertise in tools like Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects
have experience designing for B2B or tech companies
are an early adopter of AI tools such as Midjourney, Visual Electric, and Weavy—to accelerate creative workflows
