Planhat One: AI in customer success is an intimate, single-topic event designed to move beyond theory. This event will be hosted by commercial leaders, Ben Gardner and Gabriel Carlsson with support from CS leadership and technical deployment specialists.

In the first session, our team will share how Planhat’s AI platform structures data for outcomes—not just insights. After that, we'll break into small-group workshops to focus on practical implementation: automations, workflows, and AI agents built directly on top of your customer data.

The goal: you leave with concrete AI workflows in place, accelerating time-to-value and creating stickiness across the customer lifecycle.

We’ll close with an executive dinner, where leaders from across the area will join to discuss how outcomes-based models are reshaping software and share lessons from the frontlines.
