You'll help power teams towards sustainable post-sales growth
As one of the first hires in this high-impact unit, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a team that will be central to Planhat's next phase of growth
Outcomes/definition of success
You are continuously winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, owning the full sales cycle end to end
You are consistently seen as a trusted advisor by your prospects and customers, solving complex commercial challenges alongside global business leaders
You are growing into larger, more complex deals and taking on broader responsibilities within the team
You are actively shaping the playbook and culture of a high-impact enterprise sales unit at Planhat
You are driving measurable contribution to Planhat's next phase of enterprise growth
Compensation
The OTE (base + variable) salary range for this position is $275,000 - $350,000 per year. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and other benefits.

We orchestrate multi-stakeholder buying committees, build ROI narratives tied to transformation priorities, and move the largest deals across the line with discipline and precision.
