Mission
We are building the world's most strategic business tool. We help software businesses around the world generate more revenue through client success.
With a mix of potential and aptitude, you will own, and continuously improve the company’s procure-to-pay process.
Team
The finance team sits at the heart of the company, covering everything from cashflow, strategy and forecasting, and most of all ensuring the day-to-day operations of a global startup, and everything that entails.
Most of us come from Finance backgrounds, but have also worked in startups (often in a role like Ekonomiassistent or Leverantörsreskontra), and even done some commercial roles before coming back to finance.
Competencies
This is not about academic grades or years of experience, it’s something deeper:
Vendor management: crop up 'everywhere', and have a positive impact; whether it is vendor bills, communication, documentation, compliance, or anything in between.
Attention to detail: process card transactions and reimbursements, book costs correctly in line with expense policy 'spend the company money as if it's your own'
Tech-savvy: Manage our ERP system, maintain accurate information, and spot opportunities to automate manual tasks
'Whatever it takes' attitude: see what needs doing and pitch in, this is a startup and we need someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves
Effective collaboration: fluent/native Swedish, as well as English, reading vendor contracts in Swedish, and writing internal guidelines (in English) for 100s of colleagues across the globe.
Trajectory
As we grow rapidly, we are looking for people who can grow with us.
This is an opportunity for someone with potential and aptitude to join a compact, experienced team, learn quickly, and take ownership of the company’s procure-to-pay process.
Planhat is a place where ambitious individuals thrive. We like to give people more responsibility, and this is a chance to help shape key finance, operations, and revenue processes at Planhat.
