Daniel is a product leader with over 6 years of experience shaping strategy and execution across SaaS, consulting, and early-stage tech. He leads Planhat’s overall product strategy and roadmap as VP of Product, driving innovation to help commercial teams work faster and collaborate closer. Daniel joined as the company’s first Product Manager and has been central to scaling the team and platform. Prior to Planhat, he spent nearly two years at McKinsey & Company, advising on corporate and commercial strategy in Advanced Industries. He brings a sharp strategic lens to every phase of product development.

Julia is a product manager at Planhat with a strong foundation in data science and strategy. She previously worked at BCG Gamma, where she delivered advanced analytics solutions for global clients, and at NORNORM, an early-stage scaleup building a circular model for sustainable workspaces. With experience across software development, data-driven insights, and product strategy, Julia brings both technical depth and commercial acumen to building products that drive measurable customer and business impact.
