Before Planhat, we were using a combination of Airtable and Excel to manage our customers. While at first glance this combination seems to be a powerful enough tech stack for any service agency, reality proved otherwise. We struggled to manage our active clients and it would take us a few hours to calculate even basic numbers like LTV or churn: we clearly needed a more purpose-built tool to manage our client base.

Planhat's extremely custom analytics have allowed us to measure almost anything about our customers and workflows and predict churn better. As a result, we've decreased our onboarding time from 9 to 7 business days and our churn rate by 10%, on average.
