Authenticate in the App Center
Authorized users establish the connection by adding the SatisMeter integration in Planhat’s App Center. To support historical data syncing, you must provide your SatisMeter Project ID and the appropriate security key.
Configure the SatisMeter webhook bridge
Establish the real-time data pipe by adding Planhat as a webhook destination within your SatisMeter settings. The integration is designed to listen for "Survey completed" events; for surveys that are started but not finished, SatisMeter waits 12 hours before pushing the response into Planhat as complete to ensure data capture.
Define identity matching and rollups
Planhat uses the End User’s email address as the unique identifier to map incoming survey results to the correct customer record. Once matched, individual scores and feedback land on the End User profile and automatically roll up to the Company record and the centralized NPS module for cross-portfolio analysis.
Execute historical data backfills
Use the "Pull historical NPS scores" action to import older responses and establish a baseline for your adoption trends. Operations teams should note that implementation realism often requires clarifying "Read key" versus "Write key" terminology within SatisMeter to ensure the backfill job authenticates correctly.
Manage technical constraints and sync hygiene
