Sync NPS responses
Overview
Receive NPS responses natively into Planhat.
How it works
Planhat receives NPS survey results from Satismeter in real-time. Each submission includes the End User's email, feedback and score, as if the campaign had been run natively with Planhat's built-in NPS tool. If users begin a survey in Satismeter but do not complete it, Satismeter will wait 12 hours before pushing the survey into Planhat and classifying it as complete.
Configure
Authorized Planhat users can connect their Satismeter instance to Planhat using the Webhook and steps detailed in the Integrate tab. For additional context, see our Help Center. Note that you will need to have the requisite access permissions in Satismeter to initiate the connection.
