Receive events, such as clicks and page views, into Planhat as time-series Metrics. Send static (CRM) data into Segment for forwarding onto your data warehouse.
How it Works
The connection supports three main operations. First, user tracking: Planhat receives user-level events from Segment via a combination of an Identify call (to provide user details) and a Track event (the actual event). Second, company tracking: Planhat receives company-level events from Segment via a Group call. Both these operations are real-time. Finally, Planhat can push any CRM data to Segment's data warehouse. Planhat syncs data to segment approximately every 8 hours, but this can be overridden with a manual sync at any time.
