Overview
Fetch events, such as clicks and page views, into Planhat as time-series Metrics.
How it works
Mixpanel events can be linked to Planhat's Companies, End Users, Assets or Projects as either Custom Metrics or User Activities. Historical data can be fetched back to any specified date. Since Mixpanel's API doesn't support real-time event flow, Planhat fetches a new event stream every 20 minutes. The connection supports auto-creation of End Users in Planhat, historical data syncing, and End User mapping with both Email and External ID.
Configure
Authorized Planhat users can connect their Mixpanel instance to Planhat from the Integrate tab. For a step-by-step guide, see our Help Center. Note that you will need to have the requisite access permissions in Mixpanel to initiate the connection.
