Customer leadership in cybersecurity operates under a different set of expectations than traditional SaaS. CCOs and post-sale leaders oversee departments spanning Customer Success, Support, Services, and Renewals where trust, compliance, and risk reduction are core value drivers. Success is measured by outcomes such as audit readiness, secure configuration, incident response, and demonstrable risk reduction.

Inside: Cybersecurity is a half-day, closed-door working session for senior customer leaders in cybersecurity who own the full post-sale function. This is an open forum to explore what it means to operate as true partners in high-stakes environments—where CS may become an escalation path during incidents, where teams must be fluent in security realities, and where value must be communicated in the language of risk and trust.

The session will be moderated by Kaveh Rostampor (CEO, Planhat) and Adrian Beck (Global VP, Wiz), but the discussion is driven by those in the room: candid operator dialogue, shared lessons, and practical approaches.

Kaveh also serves as a board member for public and private companies including Cint and Macrobond Financial, advising on go-to-market, data strategy, and global expansion.
