We didn't have a single source of truth about our customers. Nor did we have a good way of managing customers and tasks. We used HubSpot as our CRM and to keep track of tasks, but we didn’t have enough information about how our customers used our platform. We had something, but it wasn’t enough.

With Planhat, all our data is consolidated in one place, instead of across five different tools. Not only did we get the single source of truth we desperately needed, but its data automation capabilities and flexible notifications have made us more proactive. For example, if a user is not logging in or hits a limit, Planhat automatically creates an upsell opportunity for us.

Impact
