One platform, many teams
Tracy Shouldice — What we needed to choose Planhat, to be honest, we wanted a platform that was flexible and extensible. We loved your vision and it's almost like your philosophy that CS should be everybody's business. We agree with that a hundred percent.
And what we liked about Planhat, just particular to your platform, is that you see the platform as usable by any function. We could put sales engineers, presale engineers on Planhat. We have CS people on Planhat. We can put tech support people down the road. We might put education and training people on Planhat, professional services, people on Planhat.
It doesn't matter because the structures on the platform are extensible and usable by any function, especially playbooks. There are sales playbooks, CS playbooks, tech support playbooks, they all exist. We can put them all on the same platform and then operationalize them in a very consistent way.
