Planhat has been building toward our AI Platform (AIP) for some time and now, as part of this journey, we’re launching a new initiative that goes with it: the AI Deployment Program (ADP)—a dedicated services team with deep expertise in deploying the AI capabilities around CX that the Planhat customer success platform powers.

This team extends the proven strength of our existing services, built on years of experience helping commercial leaders tackle their most critical operational challenges—from reducing time to value, to white spacing and improving Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention. Now, we bring that experience into the AI era.

Kaveh is the CEO and Co-founder of Planhat, where he has led the company’s growth from an early-stage startup into a global SaaS business serving over 500 customers with 200+ employees across 30+ countries. He brings nearly two decades of experience scaling international software organizations, including 14 years at Meltwater, where he built and led the global customer success function before heading up the Americas business as EVP. Kaveh also serves as a board member for public and private companies including Cint and Macrobond Financial, advising on go-to-market, data strategy, and global expansion.

Daniel Sternegard

VP of Product

Planhat

Daniel is a product leader with over 6 years of experience shaping strategy and execution across SaaS, consulting, and early-stage tech. He leads Planhat’s overall product strategy and roadmap as VP of Product, driving innovation to help commercial teams work faster and collaborate closer. Daniel joined as the company’s first Product Manager and has been central to scaling the team and platform. Prior to Planhat, he spent nearly two years at McKinsey & Company, advising on corporate and commercial strategy in Advanced Industries. He brings a sharp strategic lens to every phase of product development.
