We didn't have a single source of truth about our customers. Nor did we have a good way of managing customers and tasks. We used HubSpot as our CRM and to keep track of tasks, but we didn’t have enough information about how our customers used our platform. We had something, but it wasn’t enough.

Not only did we get the single source of truth we desperately needed, but its data automation capabilities and flexible notifications have made us more proactive. For example, if a user is not logging in or hits a limit, Planhat automatically creates an upsell opportunity for us.
Impact
With Planhat we have a better understanding of customers from many perspectives, from individual activities to overall health, and we spend less time per customer checking account status and reviewing activity data. We also run all our NPS surveys from Planhat, which has been incredibly valuable with high engagement rates. My team and I have had a really good experience using Planhat.
