Overview

Push notifications and mentions into dedicated Slack channels, and ask Slackbot for real-time account summaries.

How it works

Once configured, SlackBot will surface Planhat mentions, notifications and more, both directly to you and to any channel you configure. Slack alerts are fully customizable, so you never miss a beat, whether a decision-maker just opened your email, or a customer's usage dropped unexpectedly. By messaging @planhat in Slack, you can also summon an instant, real-time summary of any clients' headlines: cleanly presenting everything from MRR to renewal date and usage-based KPIs in a single view. This summary is also fully configurable, so Slackbot can prioritise call and email summaries, product usage metrics, renewal context and more.

Configure

An authorized Planhat user needs to add our Slackbot to your Slack workspace from the Integrate tab. Once complete, any user will be able to configure personalised notifications for and interact with Planhat's Slackbot. For a step-by-step guide, see our Help Center.
