How it works

Jiminny call recordings, conversation summaries and call metadata can be synced unidirectionally into Planhat with fully custom field mappings and configurations. Data is synced once hourly, bringing calls into Planhat from the previous hour.

Configure

This integration is activated on-demand by one of Planhat's Technical Account Managers. All you need is your Jiminny API token, which can be obtained by contacting your Jiminny CSM or Jiminny Support. For more details, see our Help Center.
