Starting out as an auditor at one of the Big 4, then moving into sales in FMCG, Chris ended up discovering his dream entry into CS as a CSM at LinkedIn. After playing a key role in building out the SMB function at LinkedIn, Chris then made the transition to the start-up Enboarder, where he currently works as the Global Director of Customer Success.
