We’re delighted to host our second event of 2024 for Customer Success professionals on Thursday April 25th, in Manchester.
After the success of our 2023 Manchester event, hosted with Lunio, we are delighted to connect with the Manchester Customer Success Community, this time hosting at the offices of our customer, Pion (formerly Student Beans). This is an opportunity to network, learn, debate, and have fun with CS Professionals who are facing the same challenges and opportunities.
To start the evening we will have a welcome drinks reception followed by a panel session hosted by our own Bethany Ward (CS Lead at Planhat) along side Laura Heritage (Head of CS at Pion), Nuno Paiva das Neves (Director of CS at SafetyCulture) and Will Scott (Head of MM Sales at Ultimate) with the theme of “CS & Sales: Should there be an iron curtain or can they work harmoniously together?”. This will be followed by further networking, food and drinks.
