Introducing Automation Run status

You can now track the status of manually triggered Automations from the top-right corner of the screen. The icon indicates whether the latest run is in progress, completed, or failed — and clicking it shows you the status of recent runs for quick visibility.

New Time Entry model

A big share of customer work is billed, and many companies care more and more about operational efficiencies. We felt it's natural for the time tracked against customers and internal projects to live next to your other data and workflows, and so are now introducing the foundations of our new Service Delivery offering: time entries. A new model that lets you track time, attributed against any operational object (eg, project, task, asset), run reporting and analytics, and export for billing.


Timesheets

Coming along time entries is the ability to submit timesheets, in a newly designed Timesheet module. Purpose-built for minimal time spent on logging time, natively connected to your Google or Outlook calendar.



Libraries: expanded "Verified" concepts and a new "Library Manager" role

Libraries are where you manage your organisational knowledge base, which is powering GTM team enablement and AI Automations. Each content piece in a Library gets tagged as "Verified", and now so do Pages/Sections used in Home Templates. The new Library Manager workflow permission give enablement teams full freedom to manage the knowledge base.
