You can now use AI to read PDFs, DOCX, and text files in Automations using the new “Read File” step. Extract structured data from contracts, onboarding documents, security reviews, or order forms, and use it to update fields, trigger workflows, or automatically enrich customer records.

With Centralized Connect, you can access all your users’ emails with one click—eliminating the steps individual users would otherwise need to take. An admin can configure email for the entire organization.
