You are invited to an exclusive Customer Success Leadership Summit in Chicago on November 7th where we’ll gather senior leaders to discuss current trends and challenges faced across the business and within your teams.
As the Head of Community Engagement at Planhat, it’s my goal to bring together members of our greater CS community to share learnings and ideas. This exclusive session is designed for senior leaders in Chicago to meet & discuss common themes with a curated group of peers. We are running similar interactive workshops across the globe, and this will be our first in Chicago!
Here is an agenda overview of the summit:
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Welcome + Networking (Food and drinks from Gibson’s/Hugo’s will be served.)
5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: General Introductions
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Small Group Discussions (Choose one theme that is currently of most interest. Summaries from each small group will be shared with the full group.):
NRR - Should this be a driving company metric? Who owns retention and expansion, and how can you optimize for growth?
Organization of the CS team - Should teams be segmented? How? When?
Churn - How to anticipate and minimize churn within your team? How to drive shared ownership across the business?
Tech Touch / Low Touch - When should a low-touch strategy be implemented? What are best practices / learning lessons from this scaled approach?
7:30 PM - 8 PM: Wrap-Up + Networking
